As a wedding planner, I help break down the logistics of the day. I've done this many times so I can offer knowledge and expertise before and during the big day! I create a “day of” schedule and work with your vendors to ensure everything is right on track. I set up your personal items so the morning when you arrive onsite you get to sick back and enjoy the getting ready process. You don't have to worry about a thing! I personally will get your bridal party down the aisle while coordinating your music, and fluffing your dress before your big entrance. I coordinate with your MC during dinner to que speeches, and I can tear down all your personal items from the venue while you're having the last laughs with your family & friends.

This package is designed for the couple who have planned all the nitty gritty details themselves and need my help on the day of! I don’t believe I can do the best job in just showing up on the day of with no knowledge of your plans beforehand. Therefore, what I offer is one meeting 4 weeks prior to the wedding day where we review the master plan you created, and I can suggest any small adjustments at that time. I will arrive on your wedding day fully prepared and ready to coordinate all the hard work you put together.
MAKE IT PRETTY PACKAGE

This package is what most planners call the “partial” wedding package. Which really just means, I booked the venue and now I have no idea what to do to make the space look pretty. You need help putting all of your many pinterest board ideas together into one cohesive look. This is where I come in! I will provide all the services within the “almost perfect” package. In addition, I will create a vision board to plan your colour palette, décor details, and theme. We will have a total of 4 detailed meetings prior to the wedding date. I’ll also assist you with sourcing décor and florals to have your Pinterest worthy wedding you’ve always dreamed of!

You picked the venue, you planned your theme, your florist, and all the other important vendors to make your dream day come true. However, you still can’t picture how the schedule is all going to come together and if everyone knows where to be and what to do. This is where I come in! We will have a total of 2 detailed meetings prior to the wedding date. We’ll do a site visit of the venue together so we can walk through the space and you can tell me exactly what you envision for the day. Before the wedding I will also attend the rehearsal with you to walk you and your bridal party through the ceremony. This package also includes a full detailed schedule and excel spreadsheet with everything you can think of so all the ideas floating around in your head are on one simple page!
FULL SOS PACKAGE

Starting at $6500
This is exactly how it sounds. You need desperate help with all of it! You might have a vision on the style of ceremony and reception you want but you haven’t booked a venue and you’re not sure where to start. I will research, and tag along with you to site visits while we scope out the perfect ceremony and reception location for the big day. Using my database of experts, I will also assist you with sourcing, reviewing contracts and securing all vendors. Once vendors are booked I will also accompany you to the meetings you have with your vendors.
